How It Works
Introductory Call: Our introductory call will give us an opportunity to learn more about you, your career goals, your work experience and expectations as well as an opportunity for you to learn about our expertise and ability to help you grow, succeed and thrive.
Discovery Intake Form: Our partnership will begin with you completing a Discovery Intake Form online which will be essential to self-reflection, developing career goals and strategic planning to reach goals.
Scheduled Meetings: We’ll schedule meetings via in-person, phone or video weekly, bi-weekly or as needed to strategize, set goals and check on progress.
Available to You: In addition to scheduled meetings, we’re available to you via email and phone to provide advice, insight and celebrate successes.
Duration: Duration is tailored to each person and be can short term or long term.
Contract or Invoice: Our contract or invoice will include objectives, deliverables and payment terms.
